What is an access number and what is the difference between local and toll free access numbers?

We will connect your international calls via our platform so you’ll only pay pennies per minute on each call. To connect to our platform, you need to either dial an access number or use our cell phone app.

Our toll free access numbers are 1-800-999-5090 (US & CAN), 1-877-953-3001 (US & CAN) and 1-877-953-3003 (US & CAN); they all can be used from anywhere in the US and Canada. There is a 1¢ add-on fee when using a toll free access number.

Local access numbers are only to be used from the specific area that you will be placing calls from. Because they are local for your area there are NO ADD ON FEES when using a local access number. However we suggest you to confirm with your local phone carriers to determine whether the local access numbers provided are considered local by your carrier. No refunds and/or credits will be issued if local access numbers are not available or if your local carrier bills you at local rates for the provided local access numbers.
