- Make sure you have registered your Android phone number with your account. You can do that easily by adding your Android phone’s number as an Instant Access number on your online account manager. - Please make sure the international number you dial starts with a "+" or "011" followed by the destination number.
Why does the TEL3Dialer app not work properly although I downloaded it from the Android Marketplace?
