Virgin post!: i'm familiar with 'Helpdesk Tickets' on many systems; and gather a 'minor issue' i raised by email a few days ago - quickly resolved and already closed thanks - had been allocated a Ticket#, in my case #2023***** (same email address as this post).
Simple q: is the ticket thread available to the end-user please? (i run a helpdesk myself and like to store them) Or is it an internal system that the end-user doesn't have access to?
