Tel3 no longer works; time billed to my wireless carrier. Tel3 used to work very well to save me money. Yesterday I made a call to Switzerland and was charged $200+ — by AT&T Wireless! Tel3 support rep said too bad, not our fault. Oh yeah? Then whose fault is it? Where is it advertised that Tel3 access numbers may not work to have Tel3 cover the call instead of my carrier?!
Now I see here that people who ask for their money back have to wait indefinitely for it. Meanwhile Tel3 continues to send me offers to get 5X the credits to my account for a recharge. This company has turned into a scam operation!
