    I could not call for more than a year, the customer service closed my ticket after months of no one looking at the issues. I even left comments on that ticket every so often. One day, they closed it and marked it as resolved, but the only thing they resolved was blocking my account that had over $100 in it. I suppose I should say good buy to the money also!

    I am going to call her better Business bureau tomorrow. It will probably be waste of time because you can only file a BBB complaint in the city where the offender is located. I have no idea what the address of that scamming company is. I agree I think we've lost our money. Make sure you don't have any recurring charges on your credit card because I bet you they'll try to charge you again.
