    Yep, same problem the last FOUR times I tried to call friends in New Zealand, which means I'm calling in the small hours of USA Eastern time (about 0200 => 0400). Tel3 is becoming unusable. I've been with them long enough that I've saved MANY times my remaining balance, they owe me nothing if they fold, but it will be a great shame. Of course, there is no indication of where the problem with the busy circuits occurs - I suspect it far more likely that it's somewhere in NZ where the circuits are at capacity.

    Been w/o service since Mar 26 -- 8 days. 'All circuits busy call back later'. Need phone access for emergencies, both CS numbers inoperable. Filed report several times got emails back 'will receive an answer' -- never got anything. Have $121 tied up but real concern is not being able to call if an emergency!!! Customer for 13 years. Filed report with 'Trust Pilot' -- suggest other customers do the same. Can't believe only 4 people have complained -- is it working for others?

    Same message yesterday and today, all circuits are busy. .   Very frustrating.  Please restore service now.

    It is frustrating. I had the same issue for quite a while. But this morning, I managed to get a line miraculously through the toll free access number: 1-800-9995090. Give it a try! Good luck!

    Over a month for us with no service -- $121 in the hole. No response from the company after we're tried all sorts of ways to have them respond. Agree it's time for them to explain and restore our service.

    I don't think that there can be any doubt after this length of time that they've gone belly-up. I'm now using Boss Revolution.

    I have been a Tel 3 customer for years with no problem. This year it has been increasingly frustrating to get an accemssn number until it ism now impossible
    I understand that they changed carrier from ATT which is when the problems started
    I too have $100 + with them
