    Been w/o service since Mar 26 -- 8 days. 'All circuits busy call back later'. Need phone access for emergencies, both CS numbers inoperable. Filed report several times got emails back 'will receive an answer' -- never got anything. Have $121 tied up but real concern is not being able to call if an emergency!!! Customer for 13 years. Filed report with 'Trust Pilot' -- suggest other customers do the same. Can't believe only 4 people have complained -- is it working for others?

    It is frustrating. I had the same issue for quite a while. But this morning, I managed to get a line miraculously through the toll free access number: 1-800-9995090. Give it a try! Good luck!

    But no dice -- same old 'all circuits.....'.

    Glad it worked for you. Getting close to a month for us -- and over $100 loss.

    It has been impossible to make calls since a month ago for me. It only worked once by chance last Sunday. I tried again using all the possible numbers today and it doesn't work anymore. 

    I have been a customer for over 20 years. They should notify us what is happening instead of letting us down like this. :(

    I hope someone from Tel 3 will send a notice to all the customers asap so that we know what is happening and what to do next.

    Over a month for us with no service -- $121 in the hole. No response from the company after we're tried all sorts of ways to have them respond. Agree it's time for them to explain and restore our service.
