    Over a month for us with no service -- $121 in the hole. No response from the company after we're tried all sorts of ways to have them respond. Agree it's time for them to explain and restore our service.

    MAY 4th 2024   HELP  what the heck is goin gon???? OUT of business?  GREAT no notice, thanks.

     

    NOTHING works for a month or more, no answer on any phone number.! Using my cell at big $$ costs!

    Does anyone know what happened and going on?   ISS THERE a similiar company/service out there to replace them?  Please reply!  i KNOW OF NONE.

     

    Been a loyal customer for over 25+++ years. WHart the hell?????

    Having the same problem,  guess they have gone under and our money is lost - would be better if they at least made an announcement instead of always telling me the thousands of minutes I have left and then proceed to tell "All circuits are busy"  which is false.  I guess being an internet service means you can't trust anyone nor can you reach anyone.
