    True! My account is suddenly "inactive" and get no response from customer support, although I used to have a balance. Anyone out there have tips to get a response?

    My account suddenly became inactive as well. I can not sign in nor use it. I created a support ticket April 7th and today April 13 I get an email asking me to rate the service I received from support!. The agent listed is Tony Hernandez. He never contacted me yet he noted the ticket as solved. So I again created a ticket. I have been using this service since 2002 when it was Teltec. There was a time that the service was excellent and support was excellent as well. Now it appears support died. You can't get thru to them via phone and support tickets are not answered. Someone is marking the ticket solved, the least that person could do is respond.

    Agree.  My login has been blocked for no apparent reason.  Their support link (support.tel3.com) takes you to a Cloudflare error page.  I got here by sniffing around and going to tel3.zendesk.com instead.  I think this company is going under even though it is still marketing itself.  I get the same 400% promotion email every few days.  Their fishing expedition goes on but I think the party is over.  I guess the right thing for us to do is let the world know by leaving appropriate reviews online.

    connection is awful and customer service after being on the phone for an hour, drops the call without been attended, the y had the option to redeem your points online but now you have to call and never been answered so there is no way to redeem the points.

    awful customer service and support doe not work, you open a ticket and without been resolved they close it as if it was.

    this company is terrible and they dont so anything to make it better for their customers.

    Been w/o service since Mar 26 -- 8 days. 'All circuits busy call back later'. Need phone access for emergencies, both CS numbers inoperable. Filed report several times got emails back 'will receive an answer' -- never got anything. Have $121 tied up but real concern is not being able to call if an emergency!!! Customer for 13 years. Filed report with 'Trust Pilot' -- suggest other customers do the same. Can't believe only 4 people have complained -- is it working for others?
